About 5 Star Windows & Conservatories
For over twenty years, 5 Star have been the Midlands’ leading double glazing experts. From our humble beginnings, we’ve expanded and now have an extensive team of surveyors, installers, engineers, administrative staff and other employees, all hand-picked and dedicated to their craft. We have completed over 40,000 projects and have plenty of experience behind us. But despite our success, we haven’t forgotten our roots; we’re still a family-run business and we pride ourselves on putting the customer first.

Can I change hup! after it is built?
At hup! we keep a record of all the locations of the hup! panels. If you want to make a change, simply contact hupteam@ultraframe.co.uk who will be able to help you purchase a bespoke conversion kit that can allow you to make changes like adding windows or filling in apetures. Changes to glazing are easy in the windows and walls, but significant changes to the roof design may neccessitate a new roof.
Can I extend a conservatory base to make a bigger extension?
Yes, this is possible. However, if you are extending the base, you will most likely need a Building Regulation Approval (only conservatories below 30m2 are exempt). To comply with building regulations the existing base may need to be insulated. Any extension to the base will need to comply with Building Regulations and some underpinning of the existing base may be required. You will need to consult with your Building Regulations Approver before commencing basework.
